Metal Ninja Studios (MNS) is a groundbreaking full-service comic book production studio founded in 2019 by Ringo-Award-Nominated designer, Joel Rodriguez. Joel left his position as Head of Design for Scout Comics to build MNS from the ground up. Located at the forefront of comic book creation, MNS boasts an expert in-house team comprised of writers, editors, letterers, designers, and project managers.
Specializing in transforming creative concepts into vibrant comics, MNS has played a pivotal role in bringing hundreds of imaginative stories to life. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, MNS continues to redefine the comic book industry by providing comprehensive, high-quality production services tailored to the unique vision of each creator.
MNS has worked with publishers such as Image Comics (Syzygy Publishing), Merc Publishing, Black Ops Publishing, Scout Comics, and CEX Comics and assisted in the creation of over 70 Crowdfunding campaigns.

Joel Rodriguez
Ringo Award-nominated designer Joel Rodriguez is the founder and CEO of Metal Ninja Studios, a thriving full-service production and publishing company specializing in taking ideas from Concept to Comic. Since founding Metal Ninja Studios, Joel and his team have worked with some of the fastest-growing publishers in the industry and have participated in over 70 crowdfunding campaigns to varying degrees. Formerly the Head of Design at Scout Comics and Entertainment, Joel is currently the Design Director at AMP Comics. When he's not helping clients achieve their comic dreams, Joel spends his free time writing his own comic series, The Dusk County Chronicles. An avid outdoorsman, Joel is also a father, husband, and obstacle course racer.
Christian Rodriguez
Christina Rodriguez serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Metal Ninja Studios, where she directs strategic initiatives and ensures operational excellence for creative projects. She is also the creative mind behind "Girl in Gamerland," a gaming culture podcast, and contributes as a writer to Geek Network, covering a variety of geek culture topics.
David A. Byrne
David A. Byrne is a writer, editor, and the Publisher for AMP Comics and Metal Ninja Studios. As the Co-Publisher at Scout Comics and Entertainment, David oversaw the publication of over a hundred unique comic titles during his tenure. David has an education in film and business and experience as an editor, writer, and retailer. He has spent the better part of two decades in sales and owned and operated independent publisher W.i.N. Pictures, producing the hit comics Stake, Skin Deep, and Canceled and other well-received titles Color Me Yellow, Daisy Gets a Brother, Shady Place, and The Couch. His second novel Amara, a family drama/horror, is releasing soon.
Blake Morgan
Blake Thomas Morgan is an award-winning writer from Kansas City, MO. He is the creator and producer of Blake's Buzz, a podcast that has interviewed hundreds of comic book creators. Recently, he has begun editing comic books and serves as the Editor In Chief at Geek Network, a multimedia blog. Additionally, Blake is the operations manager of Metal Ninja Studios and the publicist and social media manager for Wicked Tree Press and 2510 Press. He sleeps sometimes.
Cristian Docolomansky
Cristian Docolomansky is a letterer and graphic designer from Barcelona, but living in Santiago, Chile with his wife and two dogs. He's Metal Ninja Studios Senior Designer since 2023 and he has collaborated on many titles, graphic novels, in the American, Chilean, Spanish and new Zealand market. He's 4-time award winner as best letterer at the Premios Pepo and published his comic-book "In.jvsticia" in 2017-2022 as a sole creator. Last but not least, he was the producer and writer of the documentary "La ruta del Comiquero".
Matt Krotzer
Matt Krotzer (Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur: Wreck and Roll, Buzzing, Maybe Someday, Strayed) is a letterer and graphic designer based in Central Pennsylvania. He is the recipient of numerous GDUSA design awards, was named Best Letterer in SciFiPulse.net's "The Best In Comics for 2015", and his work can be found in finer independent comics around the world.
In 2023, he joined Metal Ninja Studios as a letterer and graphic designer, bringing two decades of design and lettering experience with him.
