Joel Rodriguez is the founder and CEO of Metal Ninja Studios, a full-service comic production studio helping creators bring their stories to life — from start to finish, concept to comic. A Ringo Award-nominated designer and former Head of Design at Scout Comics, Joel has led hundreds of independent creators through professional comic production and helped many successfully launch their work through crowdfunding and direct sales. Outside the studio, Joel is an avid outdoorsman, father, husband, and obstacle course racer, balancing creative leadership with a passion for adventure, family, and pushing personal limits.

Christina Rodriguez
Christina Rodriguez is the Chief Operating Officer at Metal Ninja Studios, overseeing strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and ensuring every creative project stays on track. Beyond her role at MNS, Christina is the creator and host of Girl in Gamerland, a podcast exploring gaming culture through a personal and community lens. She’s also a contributing writer for Geek Network, where she covers a wide range of geek culture topics, from comics to gaming and everything in between. With her blend of operational expertise and creative passion, Christina helps bridge business strategy with authentic fandom culture.

David A. Byrne
David A. Byrne is a writer, editor, and Publisher at AMP Comics, with over two decades of experience in comics, publishing, and retail. As Co-Publisher at Scout Comics, he helped publish over 100 unique titles. Through his own imprint, W.i.N. Pictures, David produced acclaimed comics including Stake, Skin Deep, Canceled, and more. With a background in film, business, and editing, David blends creative storytelling with sharp business insight, making him a trusted industry voice. His second novel, Amara, a blend of family drama and horror, is set for release soon.

Dillon Mysliwiec
Dillon Mysliwiec serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Metal Ninja Studios, where he leads brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and audience growth efforts to help position the studio as a trusted production partner for comic creators. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, branding, and business development, Dillon specializes in helping creators and businesses build their platforms and connect with engaged audiences. Outside of Metal Ninja Studios, Dillon is the co-owner of SeerNova Comics, a digital publishing platform focused on immersive worldbuilding. When he’s not crafting campaigns, Dillon enjoys weightlifting and exploring the world with his wife.
