This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit metalninjastudios.com, contact us, subscribe to our communications, or inquire about our comic production and related services. It also explains your choices and privacy rights. Separate websites, booking tools, social platforms, and other services you may visit through links on our site have their own privacy practices.

When you contact us, request a consultation, submit a form, download a resource, join an email list, or work with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or project details, the contents of your message, and any files or other information you choose to provide. If you submit an original story, script, artwork, or business concept, we use it to evaluate your inquiry or perform the services you request; this privacy policy does not change ownership of your creative work.

Information collected when you use the site. Our website, hosting provider, security tools, and analytics services may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, dates and times of visits, and information about errors, redirects, or attempted access to the site. ActiveCampaign. We use ActiveCampaign for forms and email communications. Site tracking is installed on this website and may use a first-party cookie to connect page visits and IP addresses to an identified contact, such as someone who visits through a tracked email link. Redirect and error logs. Our Redirection tool may record requested URLs, redirects, 404 errors, IP addresses, browser information, and related technical details to help us fix broken links and maintain the site. These logs are stored on the website’s server unless another hosting or administrative arrangement applies.

Embedded content. Some pages embed videos or other content from third parties, including YouTube. An embedded provider may receive information about your device and interaction with its content and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.
