ANALYSIS PHASE
Align the story for the visual medium and build the production roadmap, including issue breakdown, key moments, and commercial release strategy.
O: ORIGINATE
MONTHS 1–2
Develop the script, establish the visual direction, and coordinate the dedicated creative team that will produce the book.
R: REALIZE
MONTHS 3–5
Turn the script into finished comic pages. Layouts, pencils, inks, colors, covers, design, and supporting materials move through production and review.
E: EMBODY
MONTH 6
Complete lettering, formatting, proofing, and prepress. Receive the finished print-ready files and the first 20 physical copies of your comic.
