One thing is for sure, it is a place quite unlike any other, as the unofficial Superhero Capital of America. Here we follow the life and times of KYLE MERCER. A post-graduate, a full time superhero, trying so hard to make it all fit together in a way that makes sense.
By day, Kyle is an unassuming 19-year-old trying to go about his life, and also trying to maintain a good relationship with his upper-class girlfriend AMBER SONG, while also keeping in touch with his closest family.
By night, he is REBOUND. A superhero with tactile telekinesis that enhances his physical abilities, with superhuman strength, speed, agility and reflexes, as well as the ability rebound off of surfaces, a utility belt that carries his signature Impact Disks, and a form of clairvoyance called the Danger Sense.
